When meeting Mariano Orlando for the first time, you cannot help but smile. And the smile will stay with you because aside from having an infectious personality, Mariano is hilarious, often accidentally hilarious. With his very thick Italian accent, he is known to deliver wisdom and insights that make you pause for a moment, partially to replay what he said with a “Did he just say that?” running through your head.
Mariano an overly passionate man, a dramatic chef and it seems that these qualities are transferred directly into the food he prepares. It is creative, intense and often times surprising.

I am not a CIA school graduate. I learned from Mom, she was my inspiration. From there it was all hands on knowledge.
